The beans have undergone the ‘Mountain Water Decaffeination Process' having been immersed in the pure glacial waters from Pico Orizaba, Mexico. The process allows the coffee oils and the caffeine to float in a solution. Then the solution is filtered leaving the beans with their original components and allows them to maintain their unique elements of flavour. These beans are 99.9% caffeine free.
As with all our coffees, our decaf is roasted fresh on site.
