Our Blissful Returns Policy

What? 

At Bliss Coffee Roasters, we understand how things can change, so if you’ve had a change of mind, or heart, you can return all goods as long as they’re unopened and in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. 

How? 

Please call Paul on 0422 873 211 to discuss your concerns. This applies for all returns. 

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed to be defective, in which case return shipping costs will be refunded. 

Credit for returns will be via bank transfer. Please remember to include your account name, BSB and account number for prompt refunds. 

If you are local, then please drop in at Bliss Coffee Roasters, Monday to Friday 7am – 2.30pm, and Saturday 8am – 12pm. Please call Paul on 0422 873 211 to discuss before dropping in. 

When shipping back goods, please ensure they are packed well so they’ll arrive in the same undamaged condition in which you sent them.  

Please add a brief note stating the reason for the return, and include your name, phone number, and bank details for refunds so we can contact you if necessary. 

When? 

All goods you are returning need to have been shipped from your address within two weeks of the order date.
